This website policy applies to the Client Finance website (Website) and any other website (collectively referred to as Site), which is operated on behalf of Gold Fidelity Pty Ltd ABN 54 625 287 694 and its related bodies corporate (we, us and our).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the facilities and functions of the Site meet your requirements; 3. any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your mobile device, data or proprietary material due to your use of the Site; or 4. breaches caused by a third party accessing your Client Finance account as a result of your failure to ensure the security of access to the Site from your computer or mobile device.
Disclosure to overseas entities
We will not use or disclose sensitive information about you for direct marketing purposes unless you have consented to that kind of use or disclosure. We may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing communications from us or from other organisations, you may opt-out by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org We will respond to your request as soon as practicable.

All copyright, trademarks (including the registered Gold Fidelity or Client Finance trademarks) and all other intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including without limitation the pages screens, information and material) included in the Site and all software and source codes connected with the Site (“Intellectual Property”) is owned by Gold Fidelity Pty Ltd or its related companies unless otherwise noted.
